Our client operates a beautiful 4-5 star property located on an island off the Queensland Coast and they are seeking experienced Housekeeping Supervisors to support the Executive Housekeeping in the daily maintenance of the accommodation rooms and public areas.
We’re looking for applicants who:
• Have a proven track record in exceeding internal and external customers expectations
• Have previous experience working in housekeeping as a team leader or supervisor in a 4 to 5 star property, have an outstanding eye for detail and above all love cleanliness.
• Have the ability to motivate, mentor, educate and counsel employees
• Have a desire to live and work in a remote, island location
• Are flexible in their attitude and work hours and are impeccably groomed
• Are passionate about offering a high quality, consistent level of service
