Our client operates a beautiful 4-5 star property located on an island off the Queensland Coast and they are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee their busy a la carte and buffet operation. The successful candidate will report to the Food and Beverage Manager and will be responsible for a service team including supervisors.
We’re looking for applicants who:
• Have a proven track record in exceeding internal and external customers expectations
• Have previous experience in a managing a busy a la carte or buffet restaurant
• Have the ability to motivate, mentor, educate and counsel employees
• Have a desire to live and work in a remote, island location
• Are flexible in their attitude and work hours and are impeccably groomed
• Are passionate about Food and Beverage and have the need to offer high quality, consistent levels of service
