Our client operates a prestigious 4 star property located on the ‘Apple Isle’ and they are now increasing their brigade size – seeking a qualified Chef de Partie.

We’re looking for applicants who:

• Have a minimum of 4 years Modern Australian Cuisine - fine dining or up market restaurant and a minimum of 1 year as a Chef de Partie.

• Have a passion for food and for the product they deliver

• Love working within a like-minded team

• Have a desire to live and work in Tasmania

• Are trade qualified

• Have experience in preparing exquisite, 5 star cuisine

• Are flexible in their attitude and work hours
