Our client operates a 4 star property located on the coast in WA and they are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to further compliment their team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Restaurant Manager and will be responsible for the supervision and daily operations of this busy operation.
We’re looking for applicants who:
• Are customer orientated and enjoy looking after their internal an external clients
• Have previous supervisory experience in a busy, buffet restaurant
• Have a proven track record in employee relations eg motivating, educating, counselling
• Have a desire to live and work in a semi remote location
• Are flexible in their attitude and work hours
• Are passionate about Food and Beverage and have the need to offer high quality, consistent levels of service
