Our client operate a 4 star resort located in the beautiful Whitsunday’s region of Queensland and they are seeking a professional Sous Chef to join their casual dining venue.

We’re looking for applicants who:

• Have a minimum of 5 years experience in casual modern Australian and a minimum of 1 year as a Sous Chef.

• Have a love of casual fare and have experience using a wood fired pizza oven

• A pro-active and innovative approach

• Love working within a like-minded team

• Have a desire to live and work in a tropical location

• Are trade qualified

• Have experience in leading a team and working in a 4 - 5 star hotel or resort

• Are flexible in their attitude and work hours
